International brand operations group Desire Holding has announced that founder Antonio Lemma and group executive Natalia Rusanova have acquired a 95% controlling stake in the company.
Going forward, Antonio Lemma and Natalia Rusanova will serve as CEO and COO of Desire Holding, respectively.
