Sandra Main has been with Estée Lauder Companies for more than 30 years and has held management roles across several of the group's core brands and key markets. She began by leading M·A·C's Asia-Pacific and global businesses, driving the brand into new markets and helping it grow into one of the world's most sought-after and influential beauty brands. She later headed Bobbi Brown's international business, helping the brand expand its global footprint and grow its international operations.

In 2009, she joined La Mer as Senior Vice President and General Manager. During her tenure, the brand expanded its global footprint, added new product lines such as Genaissance de la Mer to its portfolio, and reinforced its professional positioning in skincare efficacy. She also upgraded the consumer experience through new treatment services and customization programs, playing a key role in La Mer's development in China and other core Asian markets. In February 2025, Sandra Main was appointed Global Brand President of La Mer and Skincare Brands, overseeing La Mer, Clinique, Origins, Dr. Jart+, Darphin Paris and Lab Series, while also coordinating the group's overall skincare category strategy.

In his new role, Justin Boxford's scope of responsibility will expand further: in addition to his current oversight of Estée Lauder, AERIN, Darphin Paris and Lab Series, he will also take charge of La Mer.

Justin Boxford previously spent many years at La Mer, leading the brand from 2017 to 2022 before taking over management of the Estée Lauder brand. During his time at La Mer, he enriched and diversified the brand's product portfolio, reinforced its luxury positioning, and advanced its digital and omnichannel development.

Erica Kwok has more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 15 years at the Estée Lauder brand, and combines strategic vision, strong operational capabilities and hands-on experience in global markets. In 2021, she moved from Asia-Pacific to the global brand headquarters, and her responsibilities have expanded steadily over the past few years to cover marketing, product development and global growth, helping the brand's core growth areas operate in a more integrated way. She also played a key role in recent launches such as Double Wear and Glimmer.

In her new role, Magalie Parksuwan's responsibilities will expand further to include Darphin Paris and Lab Series, providing business support to Pierre-Olivier Garcin, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the two brands.

Magalie Parksuwan has extensive global luxury brand-building experience across skincare, fragrance and color cosmetics, and a deep understanding of consumers and channel systems in core markets. She brings strategic insight, creativity and a passion for the luxury industry.
