Subscribers-Only British Premium Womenswear Brand LK Bennett Signs Licensing Deal with IMG Licensing to Transform into a Lifestyle Brand

On September 9, US investment firm Gordon Brothers announced a strategic partnership with US brand licensing management company IMG Licensing to rebrand and expand British premium womenswear brand LK Bennett.
In January this year, Gordon Brothers acquired LK Bennett's brand and intellectual property through an administration process for £4 million, excluding its physical stores.
